1. General
Prices are subjected to change.
Orders must be placed at least fourteen (14) working days in advance.
2. Bookings
Changes to the bookings can only be made ONCE, at least twelve (12) working days before the date of function.
3. Cancellation and refunds
All cancellations must be done within twelve (12) working days for a full refund. Beyond the time limit of twelve (12) working days, extra fees at 50% of the order's cost will be applicable.
For any cancellations made less than five (5) working days from the date of function, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total order amount will be applicable.
No refunds will be given for any cancellations made less than 24hours from the reserved time slot of function.
4. Delivery
ESN Asia will strive to meet your preferred delivery time. However, the management will not be responsible for delays in the event of traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow for a buffer of about an hour.
ESN Asia will not be held responsible for delays in deliveries due to incorrect or omitted information (e.g. wrong address).
5. Miscellaneous
Payment is due as per agreed terms.
For orders above $1,500, ESN Asia will provide an exclusive party table set-up inclusive of table skirting, chairs, and necessary decoration. Please book your slots 2 hours in advance to cater for the setting up.
